For a budget-conscious healthcare startup office renovation, we separated the floor plate into two zones: an inviting, colorful common area and a simple black and white desk area. This solution takes advantage of the existing white furniture and black floor of the majority of the space and focuses the budget into wood flooring and colorful furniture at the large common work/dining/play space. Wood furniture and flooring and ample plants speak to the health focus of the company, while floor-to-ceiling whiteboards encourage the collaboration and flexible work that is so important to the company's culture.
